We are quoting to host a progress database with up to 1000 concurrent users - and plan to run on a Unix platform (Solaris 7/8 or Linux). My question is, coming from an NT camp previously, what are the hardware requirments to run this number of users. Being unfamiliar with the Sun/Linux...
