XML & Webspeed

I'm trying to genereate a xml in webspeed...

When I use output-content-type = "text/xml". using Apache web-server it works ok but when I use output-content-type = "text/xml". in web-server IIS return error "CGI Error. The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers."
Somebody have a solution????
