** What is this contest stuff you are talking about:
Right now the wiki has the most basic of layout pages.
The contest is to dress up the pages with a theme of your making. The instructions can be found in the Programmer's Guide.
When you submit a theme you MUST include a GPL2 or Creative Commons license allowing me (and others) to update and/or redistribute it. Feel free to include a propaganda file.
All entries will be redistributed BUT the best one by my eye will get a US$200.00 check drawn from a US bank! So be sure to include your mailing address.
The deadline is March 15th so get coding!
(And yes, you may re-enter iterations of your theme.)
