A third party has a PCL4 image file from Word that is not being converted properly. They have embedded an esc(s3B prior to a courier 8 text string. This prints in bold to an HP printer however VISIFAX appears to ignore the command.
Does anyone know if there is a switch or parameter which will correct this. Anyone know if there is online documentation for this product or who makes this product?
I am at arms length of this issue just tring to provide some input to solve this problem. Any input would be appreciated.
