URL Encode in PERL

Hi All,
I am wrting a PERL script that will fetch a webspeed page, passing
parameters to it in the location bar, I need to url encode these fields in
PERL prior to sending the Location command.
Similar to webspeed url-encode function.
Does anybody knows how to do it?

Look for CGI.pm, I think there is all you need.

You can get CGI.pm from http://www.cpan.org.
