Syteline 6.00.10 and Progress Versions

Hi

I'm at a site that is using Syteline 6.00.10 with Progress 9.1C18 on W2K SP4.

They believe they cannot upgrade Progress because they are running the highest Progress version Syteline is certified against and to go any higher would void the support contract (or some such).

My questions to other Syteline sites are this:

1) Is this true that 9.1C18 is the highest certified?
2) If so, will going higher void the terms of support?
3) Is anyone using this version of Syteline on a more recent 9.1C / 91.D / 9.1E version of Progress and if so were there any issues encountered.

We are on Syteline 6.00.10. We upgraded Progress to 9.1E and we are running on Windows 2003. We had to leave Progress 9.1C on our Citrix servers because of display issues. Everything has turned out wonderful. Infor will still support you as long as they don't believe Progress and OS are the cause of the problem. That being said, how much support do you really get now from infor?? :)
