[stackoverflow] [progress Openedge Abl] Deploy Openedge War File Azure Web App With Tomcat

I have a Progress openedge web app that is hosted in PASOE (a Progress extension to Tomcat). I can make a war file, and deploy toPASOE servers.

I would like to deploy to Azure as a web app to take advantage of scale-ability, app control, costs etc. There is a Tomcat 8 Azure Web App template. BUT I believe that the Openedge applications need PASOE which is more than just Tomcat. Is there any way to upgrade a Tomcat to PASOE?, or maybe bundle all PASOE stuff with my war file? or any other way of deploying my openedge web app as an Azure Web App?

Is this possible in any way?
