I'm active on a few forums (one quite large), but I ran across ProgressTalk while I was googling for some (*gasp*) stuff about Progress, and I figured I might as well check out a forum actually related to what I do, instead of forums dedicated to how I waste my time.

So, by way of introduction, I'm IT Manager/do it all for a medium sized building materials distributor. We run Infor sx.Enterprise on Openedge 10.1B (Linux database server). I have no formal Progress training, but I've been administering it for 8 years now.

(and, yes, I'm doom1701 everywhere)

Hello doom. How depressingly natural that sounds.

If my example is anything to go by, ProgressTalk may well be related to what you do, but I suspect you will waste plenty of time here as well.
