Progress/Webspeed Developer

Looking for the above for our IT department - must have Progress v9 and Webspeed. Even though I work for a recruitment team, we are recruiting internally for our parent group. We are based in sunny (ha!) Glasgow in Scotland - salary is negotiable for the right individual.

This is an urgent requirement!
