We are currently embarked on the development of a new product suite. Our development uses the OpenEdge Reference Architecture (OERA) standards. The presentation layer is based on Progress ABL GUI and OCX objects following the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architectural pattern. We are using the latest Progress tools and features including ProDataSets.
Your role as a Software Engineer will be to work closely with the Product Architect in the design and development of core product features. Deep understanding of Progress technology best design and development practices is essential.
You will be expected to deliver impeccable quality software within tight deadlines. In addition to having specific technical skills, you must be able to work within a fast paced environment, and be concise with both written and oral instructions.
