Not? Answer: TRUE. (This is one big advantage of PAS for OE -- you can have more 'sessions'. The server can process a fixed number of concurrent requests and attach to saved 'state' in the sessions. This makes programming for STATE-AWARE style work much more feasible on PAS for OE than Classic, but is not an arguement for 'pure performance'.
