We have a bespoke SQL database that sends and receives data to our mfg pro database. We use progress explorer to create a broker to allow us to do this.
Recently - after working well for many years - we have experienced an intermittent problem where the broker after working fine for many days will suddenly only allow us to send data from sql to mfg but will not allow us to pull data the other way from mfg to sql.
I have to say this has me confused. Ive never seen this before. Oddly occasionally when this error happens if something causes a transaction to go from sql->mfg then it will allow allow data to flow the other way, but once the send to mfg stops then the data flow the other way fails too.
Does this make any sense to anyone as to what is happening?
