Progress 9 and 10 with Business Objects connection error

I have 2 Progress databases running , both on the same machine . version 9 and 10. All connections are fine, until i refresh a report in Progress 10 and then in open a report made with progress 9, then i get a connection error. This only occurs when i don't restart/quit Business objects.

Anyone have a solution?
