Printing W2 Forms

Hello Gurus,
We are on SL2h00, trying to print w2 forms (with mailer envelopes),
it is adding an
extra line on every page. Tried upgrading to SL2i on a test server
and print the forms. Looks like it is picking up the carriage return
again. Currently printing of a win98 client (also tried on NT ,m/c with
sp4). Any titbits on this is appreciated. Also we are on Progress 8.2c
and printer driver is generic (spool data format RAW).

Are you printing "Form Alignment" or the actual W2?

The reason I ask this is that Form Alignment prints just once and then
your printer/network takes over and ejects/adds line to reset the
printer.

The W2 themselves are printed continuously with no page breaks.

We have problems with Form Alignment since Symix 3 - because it prints
just 1 form we have no way to test whether the second form aligns.

With Syteline we have another problem - accountant wants to verify the
totals of the W2 before printing but it is gone now.

What I do is to redirect "Form Alignment" to print 2 actual W2 (and I
count the totals in the process).
