ODBC or dsnless connection through Progress anyone?

This is silly, this question permeates through these boards, many developers regardless of webspeed will be using ASP, CFM, PHP or JSP to build web apps and connect to a database via ODBC, JDBC or a dnsless connection due to the robust app support, components and general integration and support for these platforms, especially with ASP and Cold Fusion.

Is there any support documentation, books, that specifically describe how this is done with a progress database?. Please dont reply with a message board URL or old web page examples.

Like these example:

Fellow web developers out there asking the same questions or stuck with using webspeed, be prepared for very little support. Make sure you pick a good VAR. We used United Systems and they are very good. You will get frustrated, however with the lack of books and overall app support, forget good native ODBC support ugh. Progress natively is not very web compliant and compatible with anything requiring ODBC which is a LOT of apps.
