[FONT="]Arthrex is looking for a MFG/PRO Support Analyst for[/FONT] ongoing general and specialized support on MFG/PRO modules to help users gain full benefit from Arthrex systems. Primary responsibilities include first line user support, monitoring of help desk calls and problem resolution. Supported software includes QAD MFG/PRO, Cognos, StreamServe, Radley bar coding, CSS, TPT, Progress, ConnectShip, UPS/FedEx integrations and a number of custom applications. Programming experience in Progress would be highly desirable.
Requirements:
Education and Experience: College degree in Computer Science; APICS CPIM/CIRM preferred; or equivalent work experience with a minimum of three to five years experience with MFG/PRO.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements: In depth knowledge of MFG/PRO eB modules, GUI interface experience, eB2 experience preferred. Ability to adapt quickly and proactively to changing conditions and requirements. Basic proficiency in Progress, Microsoft Office, Windows, SQL, Cognos, and Unix or Linux operating systems Proven verbal & writing skills/ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Previous experience working in a business analyst role in a manufacturing environment.
Specialized Courses and/or Training:
PC servers and workstations. Operating systems to include Windows 2000, XP and NT, Linux, and Unix. Database systems to include Progress, Access and SQL.
