Database Administrator Tool Usage

Hi all

I'm new with Progress DB.
We had a server with Progress DB installed in it.
How do I connect db using Database Administrator tool?
What is needed to connect?
Or is there a tool such as MS SQL Server console that I can use to make it easier to manipulate the database?
