Thanks but, that wont work.
Simply saving it as a .htm does not apply html formatting for the opening OS
to display. I require to access the PublishObjects function. To enable
correct formatting to be applied around the created file.

Got it to work,
chExcelApplication:activeWorkBook:Saveas('C:\EFI\tmp\webXL.htm', 44 ,,,,,).

By supplying the 44 parameter, it enabled required formatting.
