Actuate4,core file and request process die

the system generate many core file in /actuate/AcServer/request
and then the request process will die , user cannot login to use

in request log file is :

Clnt_create() failed,errno:239

ABORT at line 165 in file acmalloc.cpp
==============================

how to solve this problem??
