Access DB2/390 using Progress 9.1D

I have a need to access DB2 database on an IBM 390 machine
from Progress 4GL on a Sun Sparc machine using 9.1D Progress DB

No luck so far.
Cannot find product to do this.

First ODBC for OS/390

then the Progress ODBC DataServer product.
