Window Title Is Centered

Hello.

Does anyone know how I can left-align a window's title? It seems in Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012, the default is for window title to be centered.

Why bother fighting the OS?

In Windows 10 (and probably also in Windows Server 2016) it is by default left-aligned again.
