[stackoverflow] [progress Openedge Abl] Monitor Directory For New Csv File Import To Mysql

I have a directory where csv files will be wrote to from progress 4gl. I want to be able to monitor the directory for a new csv file and then bulk insert it in to MySQL.

Also if anyone has any ideas how I could write to sql from progress directly I would also be interested in that.
