Sent this question to Progress Support Australia. Confirmed it's a bug in V91.C (on my Win98 PC) :blue:
So note that System-dialog setup-printer if cancelled, output will go to the default printer as defined in Windows Control Panel regardless of the value in session:printer-name...

I am encountering some problems with the above command. If we choose a printer and click OK, it works fine and the session:printer-name is set to the new printer and output goes there.
But on subsequent run, if system-dialog printer-setup is activated again...
