If anyone is looking for an answer, here's what I got from Progress technical support : CAUSE: The problem is related to ownership / access rights to the .dll file. Why is there no answers to Error 1114 with asp?
The following problem has been submitted several times in the past: ERROR [IM003] Specified driver could not be loaded due to system error 1114 (MERANT 3.60 32-BIT Progress SQL92 v9.1C). I could not find any real solution... I'm experiencing it right now and it is quite painfull :confused...- hugo_emond
